Constant, never ending improvement is what makes us happy. I always strive to learn and improve. Equally, I guide clients to make constant improvements, no matter how seemingly small at the time. Consistency and accumulation yield big results.

Exercise is strategic application of force to the body.


Exercise is not about movement, which is an illusion. It’s about forces. Forces are hidden and invisible to the eye, yet everywhere. We identify them and manipulate them. The goal of exercise is to stimulate specific positive adaptations of the musculoskeletal system.

Muscles that contract on demand, at the required joint angle, and with adequate output, is the true essence of good function.
